A crisis and a Summer
What's happened this last year?
To my surprise I noticed our last update was issued on december 2008.... oops. My sincere apologies for that!.
As you might have noticed since then the world wide economy also hit the aviation industry. Our first real life experience of the crisis was that competitors in our business dropped the rates immediately for the new contracts to be signed. Of course we did not appreciate it and at that stage there was definitely no need for it. Unfortunately we had to adjust as well.
After an intensive bargaining battle with customers we've made it through and as the summer progressed we found ourselves positioning more manpower than we calculated at first.
And another summer has satisfactorily been put behind us for all parties.
Still growing.
Since we're still expanding we had to reorganize our company set up. As per 1st of November we started as Certifying Staff.com B.V.. This way we can continue to expand our business and explore other fields in the aviation industry.
